Low ride height -- ordered shocks. Spacers too?

Hi All,
The rear ride height on my 2002 Aero is low, running at about 580mm. Shocks are OEM, with approx. 71K miles on them.
I just now placed an order for a pair of Bilstein HDs, but am wondering if I should go ahead and order spring spacers too, or wait and see if the new shocks alone will bring the rider height back up to the 610MM spec. If it seems likely that new shocks alone won't do that, I'd prefer to take care of both jobs at once.
Should I go ahead and order spacers too?
best wishes, (and for folks in the U.S., Happy Thanksgiving!),
David
