From the WIS it says that once the CPS detects engine turning it grounds fuel pump (assuming that means starts fuel flow). So if CPS is bad then it seems that it would appear to be a fuel problem.

Mine just died while driving, wouldn't start until next day where it ran for about 45 seconds. Had towed home. Bought new CPS but can't get the screw out.

Some say it is T30, but I couldn't get a T30 to fit. T27 too small. Looks to me almost like normal hex head. Others talk about using torx socket (E torx) but mine appears to be round outside. I spent about 90 minutes messing with this. Try again tomorrow.
