You don't say but it sounds like the new keys cut to your car are also the old style and not the one we call All-in-one key with remote? If old style and being aftermarket, do they have a chip inside at all that would work with TWICE?
For now, you could fool the system by removing the antenna around ignition and hold the old key matched to TWICE and antenna inside the hole as far away as the wires allow and use the cut key to start the car.
Or, you could use the remote that seems to be coded to TWICE, hit the unlock button and at the same time turn the ignition on with your cut key. That should also start the car.
But in the end, you would want to find someone with a Tech 2 and get it all matched up.
