In-Situ subframe bushing replacement

When replacing the rear front subframe bushings w/o removing the subframe (just lowering the rear), do you still support the engine from the top and just remove the nut on the rear motor mount?
Also wanted to confirm that the front and rear bushings are the same and the center ones are different-I have seen different part descriptions on different web sites.
Thanks!
