If the car is badged an "Aero", then you have (or should have...) the lowering, or "Sport" springs.
If lowering springs were fitted at the factory, then Jeff's instruction on checking the spring codes will work just fine. Typically, though, for US market cars, the only cars that got the really lower suspension were the Aeros.
If someone put lowering springs on as an accessory after original purchase, you'd need to get under the car and look at the color codes painted on the springs to be able to know for certain.
