I use a dry Swiffer duster to get the dust off and then wipe it down with 303 Aerospace Protectant. It's not too shiny, and is the best stuff that you can buy for dashes - it's not too shiny and most importantly will help protect the dash from sun damage and cracks. It's not cheap but it's worth it. Check online or at a marine store. Also, check out the Detail BB for more info.
