Well, while you are in there, feed the wire back though and leave it in the engine compartment on the driver's side. If you ever change your mind, you can reconnect in the engine compartment and leave the siren module in the engine compartment instead of the wheel location.
Shhh, don't tell anyone else :-)
Also, in the case it is going off, you can pull a fuse in the engine compartment fuse, but will take the AC with it.
