I have new toyo proxes 4 that caused a shutter in the steering wheel the first time I drove it. This was brought to the attention of the Ind and they said it must be balance. The car then went into storage and I finally got it back to them and they rebalanced and the shutter is still there. Now they say it has flat spots caused from sitting and nothing they can do.
Anyone else have this problem? They only have 200 miles on them. What to do?
Thanks
