recirculation motor removal

OK... thanks to help here I figured out that my recirculation motor isn't working.

I took off my glove box and sure enough a piece of the link arm came falling down.

Found the motor itself, snipped the cable tie, and got the 2 screws out holding it on.

Now, for the life of me, I can't figure out how to release the electrical connector so I can get the dang thing out of the car! I was able to remove the 'car' side connector that plugs into it to give it power. However, I can't remove the motor side connector from the metal bracket that holds it to the car.

How do I get this out??

I've also checked the various parts sites and it looks like the link arm is backordered everywhere. Any ideas for finding this part?
