I have personaly owned 00' BMW 528I with sport package and currently own an 01' 9 5 Aero with 17 inch BBS rims. I think they are both good handling cars. It realy gets down to oversteer vs understeer and how much winter driving you do. The BMW by far is a true sports sedan albeit it handles extremely precisely, the ride is somewhat choppy (not noisy). The saab offers about the same type of response and feel on daily sporting driving. Once pushed the edge goes to the BMW. For my money I can truly say the saab has been able to provide a sporty ride and handling and is still able to tackle winter snow. Something I cannot say about the BMW 528I
