Air Conditioning stopped working

2000 9-5 wagon with 170k. Took it in last week; front sway bars, thermometer, oil sender switch, radiator hose. A bunch of small stuff. AC has not been that cold for a while and mechanic said it needed a charge. I did not notice much difference but today the AC failed completely. All I got was heated engine air even at coldest setting. I ran calibration and got 0 21 as the codes.

Help! And is this too expensive to fix?
