Check to see if the drive sleeve for the blend air door is cracked. This causes the motor to skip a few degrees putting the whole thing off kilter... no codes. When I had this issue (for me it was cold air in the winter) the solution was to fit a longer drive shaft for the motor. I am not sure if this part is still available given the situation with SAAB.
