2006 9-5 5 speed with 66,000 miles.

Left work last night and noticed that for the first few miles of my city to suburb commute, I would get up to third gear and would have to stop for a light. As the car came to a stop and I pushed the clutch in, the idle would drop from 800 to 500 rpm, and the engine made an odd, low growling sound for a few seconds before resuming its 800 rpm idle. Did it two or three times, then went away after a highway run to home. Didn't quite feel like it would stall, but it wasn't right. Outdoor temp in the 55 to 60 degree range.

A couple of months back I replaced the ignition cassette with a new/spare SAAB unit when ithe original did a progressively increasing missing thing, and then the cps for a no start issue. Car runs great otherwise. Anything in the fuel injection system I should be worried about? Is this a vacuum leak symptom?
