Well, here's the deal. If it turns out that the 06 and up 9-5 use the same sensor as the 9-3 (P/N 22672171) then yes, it can be replaced after that the fuel pump has been removed from tank.
It's a couple of wires and terminals that needs to be extracted from a housing and the fuel sender snapped in place on the side of fuel pump.
