Battery Discharge, Telematics/Limp Home fuse

I have been struggling to find a battery discharge problem. With the car sitting for more than a day, it will discharge the battery enough that it will not start. The battery and charging system have been checked and are fine.
I removed the negative terminal and wired in a small light bulb, the only way I can get the light to go out is to remove fuse 39, "limp home solenoid/telematics"
Any thoughts on the problem or where the short would be?
Should I disconnect the throttle body and see if my light goes out? How can I isolate the telematics module, I don't know where it is located.
