First I thought that it might not work since they changed the radio system in 06 and up but it seems that the CD changer part number is the same through the years.
Still the CD changer has to be divorced properly from the old car before you can get it to work in yours.
Do you have the full VIN of the car it came from?
If so it might be possible to get it to work if you have a good Saab indy nearby.
