I've got a 2000 Gary Fisher with 140k on it. It has a rough idle and stalls when it's cold. It would run fine once the temp gauge moved up past the first line. Once warmed up it idles and drives fine, though i get poor gas milage. Now recently after its warmed up it randomly stalls out. DTC codes are for knock and misfire. This is what's new:
DI cassette
Boost control valve
Intake air temp sensor
Crankshaft position sensor
O2 sensors
Vacuum lines
MAF has been cleaned and also swapped with another with no change
Head gasket, valve job, and turbo replaced not to long ago.

I have cleaned the throttle body and checked evap purge valve. I'm running out money and pateints for the poor thing.
