I just did front and rear Koni sports and Eibach springs.
I still have yet to do the bushings.
The I had the same situation for the rear shock mount spacers. I reinstalled like I found it.
Summary of advice: Get new strut bearing, seal, upper strut mount, bump stop, lower zinc spring "spacer." I did NOT need: strut mount, strut mount bolts (if reusing- new ones were nice to cut new thread on the new mount)
My strut mounts were ok. Still solid, and besides some surface rust, indistinguishable from new replacements I put in. I have 206k miles on the car (owned from 140k, don't know if they were ever replaced). New strut bearing and rubber seal is a good idea. My seal was torn up because the upper spring seat was very rusty and rough. If I were to do it again, I'd get a new upper spring seat. The strut bearing itself was smooth but dry. I would have felt totally comfortable regreasing and reusing. Bellows were slightly hard but fine. Bump stops were surprisingly ok, but were starting to get chewed up since the dampers were losing their compression circuit. I reused them anyway since I didn't have them on hand. I've heard others' accounts of them crumbling badly. I still have a light clunk to track down in front, and wondering if it was because I forgot the lower zinc spacer or not.
Good luck with the front control arm bushings! I have new replacements for both but struggled to get the rear large bushing off at all. Decided it was solid enough and gave up on the those.
