Save your money. It's just the typical "cold evening/early Spring/fuel blend" thing, at least IMHO.
Oil companies re-jigger fuel blends for summer driving. Along comes a cooler night, and next morning, the old "stumble, then catch" routine. My 2001 Aero has always done this. Our non-Aero 9-5 wagons never do/did.
I can predict, here in western NY State, pretty much how many stumble-starts I'll get, according to the overnight temp.
3 nights ago, overnight now was 45; next morning, 1 bad stumble, then started normally.
2 nights ago, overnight low was 55; next morning, no stumble, starts on first try.
Last night, low maybe 47; 1 stumble this morning, started normally on second try.
I figured this stuff out years ago with the help of my friendly local Saab service manager. Oh yeah, and Mobil brand fuel always made this behavior more pronounced...
