I've had a persistent Code 1-8 for sometime now, getting only hot air in the driver side. In previous summers I had the left actuator disconnected and set the flap to AC, which had worked just fine. However, I'm unable to set the flap to AC any longer. It just springs right back to heat, even with the actuator removed. Can't tell what's jamming the flap inside. Wondering if anything inside the housing got damaged. Has anyone experienced similar issue?
