Could be. The other engine mounts do work harder when one of them is collapsed. The rear engine mount is straightforward. I replaced mine when doing the exhaust system, while I was under there... You'll need some extensions for the wrench if doing it from the top. I did it all from under the car with the safety of engine beam support on top and jack stands with tires as secondary from bottom.
