Rear Subframe Bushings

Anyone here do their rear (back of the car) subframe bushings? How hard a job was it? Did exhaust or other major parts have to come out?
I redid entire suspension (both front and rear) a month or so ago, but still getting creaking from back end. Pretty sure that's whats doing it.
BTW, need to do the front rears as well and lots of info about those - that looks like a PITA, hopefully rear/rear are easier.
Thanks
ROn
