I did replace the lines with soft lines and that is probably why I am seeing the problem that I am. I have not had a chance to replace them with a harder lines. I have some lines that I purchased for a fuel pump rebuild, but have not used them yet. May try them out on the breaks, and if they work will use them.
Turns out replacing the booster is not all that bad if you modify a closed end ratchet wrench so it will fit behind the booster. Then it is is not bad, have a pic of it here...
Well, can't find the pic now, but I ground down the end of the ratchet part so it would fit the nuts at the back of the booster. Saved gobs of time.
