Yeah, I remember reading about that too, and IIRC it was just a Viggen seat with Hirsch branding instead of the Viggen delta.
I was considering investigating having custom seat cushions made to sell, but I figured the ROI isn't worth it. The only difference that I can see between the Aero seats and the Viggen seats is the extra bolstering under your knees. I think any foam shop could manufacter a wedge that could be tab-and-slotted and then glued in place right on top of the factory cushion, but the expense would be in having custom seat covers made to fit and/or modifying the factory cover with an extra leather panel.
There was a guy on one of the other saab boards that had an image of his 9-5 with Viggen seats, might find it if you do a search. It doesn't look any different than the Aero sport seats except for the delta embossing and the extra bolster. I thought the car would look weird with the tan interior and all-black front seats, but the contrast actually looks really good- I might have to track down a black bench and headrests for the rear now.
