For the last 2-3 year, every summer my 04 Aero starts throwing P0134 codes and misfiring on accelleration (P1304). Seems worse on hot, humid days. Every fall/winter/spring it's fine and runs like a champ. Been through the usual O2 sensors, vacuum leak checks, CPS replacement, etc. I have not rebuilt J16 yet since I don't care about the 0134 code, it's the misfire I want to solve. I have cleared the CEI multiple times, and engine will still misfire but not throw the P0134 code so I assume they are not related. I use 87 octane in the winter without issue, but have switched to 89 or 93 in the summer to try and eliminate misfires without success.
Theories I have from researching site:
1 - Bad fuel pump/low pressure. Could this only manifest in summers? Isn't 3 years a long time for it be dying?
2 - Bad DI. Same as above. If it was bad, wouldn't it be bad all the time, and wouldn't it get worse over time?
3 - Bad MAF?
4 - Bad ECM?
5 - AC condensate somehow dripping on electronics (drain is clear).
6 - ???

Any help here? Love the car 8 month of the year, pull my hair out during the summer.
