Only hard part is removing the caliper brackets due to torque of the bolts and the interference the rear springs present to accessing the two bolts. Assuming the rear rotor screw is not rusted tight to the rotor you should have no problems.
If the rotor locking screw is rusted tight, soak it with PB Blast, then use an impact wrench set to minimum torque and keep increasing the torque value until the screw pops loose. This worked for me on my 2008 which apparently had never had the rotors screws backed out and retightened - an important maintenance step when doing brake jobs and seasonal tire swaps.
