I assume you have the V6 engine.
Depending on the reason you ask where they are, you have two valves on the V6 air injection system that some might call SAI valves or sometimes pulsair valve or backflow valve. p/n 12791285
They sit in the pipes that run from SAI pump to each of the exhaust manifolds.
I have never seen them go bad so that's why I ask why you are looking for them.
On the other hand on the NG900 V6 they had a plastic On/Off SAI vacuum valve for the system that went bad all the time but the 9-5 does not have that valve.
