It's flushed against the bottom of the post. The terminal still loose even though I tighten the bolt as much as I could. So, after some research on the NET, I bought this leaded cap that fit over the post to give it a little more space between the post and the terminal. Well, the leaded cap is a bit too think, so making it hard to slide the terminal over the top of the post. I guess, I just can't win in this battle. I ended up using 1/2 of the cap and let it sit between the terminal clamp and the post. At least, the connection is a little tighter now. I can't say if this is a permanent solution or just a short-term solution.

I guess, you just can't win all of the time.
