Like Larry says, lights no, wheels are most likely fine if the ones you are putting on a 9-5 are 16" or larger. Nominal outer tire diameter is a little bigger on the 9-5 than the og9-3 as per stock iirc. 15" wheels will also not fit on arc brakes on a 9-5 from 2004+ afaik (so basically any car 2006+ needs 16" or greater rims). A few early 16" wheels might be "close" also.

I agree on the engine/tranny swapping also... that stuff is a lot of work but doable on a c900... on a 9-5, it would be a whole lot harder. Much much easier to buy the car you want in the first place... or sell the one you have and buy the one you want. Manuals are scarce, but the automatics are good.
