you are having low voltage events right? the code 22 is likely due to that. it will clear itself once the system has consistent voltage and you run diags a few times.
radio switching from one speaker to the next is perfectly normal ... you are activating the diagnostic mode for the audio system. you press power off ... then power+radio at same time and the audio turn on and cycle through each speaker in sequence. just press power off, then back on and it should be normal.
I have not read all of your posts so I apologize if you have answered these questions already.
In regards to "no heat"
- do you get any other ACC codes besides 1/22? when you run the diag (AUTO+OFF)
- do you feel the air changing from floor to vents ... and from cold to hot as the diagnotics run?
- did you run the diag after the engine temp was reading normal? (you should if heat is a concern)
in regards to the hard cranking:
- is the check engine light on?
- does the engine crank at a normal speed or does it labor?
- does it rank for a long time and not "catch" and ten "catch and stumble"?
in regards to "lights stay on in the dash"
- does the ignition switch "pop up" when you remove the key?
- all lights?
