Can someone save me a trip to the shed... Posted by GFW3pedals [Email] (#405) [Profile/Gallery] (more from GFW3pedals) on Thu, 9 Jan 2014 11:25:43 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
for the jack stands and jack. Ive had a small exhaust leak for years and while the car was in for a tire change I asked my Indy to source the leak and give me an idea of what's needed. He said the whole system is ready to go and to replace it. He's not the kind of mech to throw parts at a car and I trust his judgement. Will probably go with the BSR catback, but it appears that doesn't include the flexpipe? I have noticed, while under there for an oil change, some damage to the outer weave of the flexpipe from a low scrape at one time. Mech says the outer weave is one part and theres an accordian like metal under that ..is that true? He thinks the accordian could be leaking too. My question is should I replace the flexpipe while I have the BSR installed? Does the BSR system include the flexpipe? Thanks everyone!
