The 2001 9-5 Aero has had no issues, as from factory.
Not so with the 2004 9-5 Arc.
In 2012 the driver side mirror came loose; I spotted it and reglued it.
Last year the passenger side came loose and we grabbed it. But I used contact cement in too cool weather and I didn't get a good bond I guess. It flew off on the highway a couple days later, big gust of wind.
