The symptom you describe sounds like a worn inner driver. How many miles on your car?
FWIW here is my thought process on these sorts of noises and vibrations
- Does the vibration change with acceleration or deceleration? if so the inner driver is suspect.
- Do you hear a clickety clack during low speed full lock turn in a parking lot? if so the CV joints are suspect
- Does the vibration change briefly if you change lanes aggressively (at highway speeds) to the left or right. if so the wheel bearing is suspect.
- Does he vibration change if you shift into neutral (as you are driving at 65 or 70? if so I'd suspect the transmission
