I highly doubt that retorque of bolts would do anything since if properly done at some point (factory), they are torqued to hell and back on the V6 engines.
If your 2000 is of an early VIN (Y3040000), it might be that your headgaskets has deteriorated from lack of coolant changes and that's how the coolant is seeping out.
A retorque won't save that but the heads has to come off and that head gasket replaced.
