My 2006 Saab 9-5 horn would not work at all during the summer, but now that its winter it works perfectly everytime, and I don't know why.
I read somewhere that the solder connection for fuse #17 in the engine fuse box has a bad connection in the box. Has anyone worked or fixed this?
My rear wiper is inop as well, and that fuse (#16) is right behind it, so I'm wondering if this is the same issue.
Regards
Viggn 01
