Just did mine a couple months ago. Used Mark in Marine's instructions. I did not disconnect any brake lines, I was able to move the ABS unit out of the way. You remove the booster by removing the braket it's attached to. You can easily get to it from the bottom. There was a tip about remove the clip that holds the rod. Running some wire around it before you try to remove. This will keep you from losing it. You can't get replacements. Make the rod as equal in length as you can. Tip: take a needle nose pliers and extend the plungers from the brake switch. They are self adjusting, so when you get everything back together, it will work properly.
All in all, it took me about 3 hours. I would rather do another one of these than a water pump. Very doable.
