Found several drips underneath the right side of my '99 SE. They are aquamarine in color, rather viscous -- too thick to be coolant. Distinct hemispherical droplets that retain their shape over time. I suspect it's damper fluid - perhaps silicone-based - from a failing passenger side upper engine mount. (I can see a slight ring of moisture around the top seam.) I believe the mount is a Hutchinson P/N 12770367. Has anyone ever seen the fluid that's packed inside?
