There are multiple possibilities for your no stare. First you can check for codes in the ecu. There may be something there or there may not be. If it is the CPS there most likely are no codes ofcourse the fuel pump usually has no codes too.
The biggest problem trying decide which of those it may be is that the fuel pump will only by turned on by the ecu if the CPS is sending a signal to the ecu. The fuel pump will turn on for about 2 seconds when you turn the key on but thats all. Thats not enough for the car to run.
You could try spraying a little carb clean or something like that in the manifold and then try to start the car. If it starts then stalls the fuel pump is your problem. I usually carefully remove the vacuum pipe to the brake booster and spray it in there. Then reinstall the pipe. Let us know what you find out. Good Luck, Bernie
