In a word, for Saabs yes. Note that Blue (G48) and Yellow (G05) have the same stuff in them, just the yellow has a higher concentration of silicate, and possibly sebacic acid based inhibitor (aka OAT, or organic acid technology) as well. Note that there are some engines, notably older Chrysler V8s, which can not use Dexcool because of their water pump; they need that layer of silicate to protect the (poorly designed) impeller from cavitation erosion.
The sebacic acid based inhibitor is shorter lived than the carboxyl acid based inhibitor in Dexcool and thus it needs to be changed on a two or three year cycle, (I always did two) rather than the 5 year (or never) cycle for Dexcool. But at this point I wouldn't worry about it. So long as it's fresh, the G05 is a fine coolant, protects the aluminum from corrosion as well as Dexcool, and the amount of silicate is much lower than for traditional (green) coolants that used silicate as the sole inhibitor.
