Hello,
Over the years I have seen several times were this has happened and it was due to a voltage issue. When I have checked the code before shutting it down it would show it was not programmed and after restarting it it goes away. Usually it has been the cables failing but one time it was the battery being damaged internally. Good Luck, Bernie at George Riggin Specialty Automotive
