Thanks, how did you know the PVC valve needed replacement? We, it's my wife's car, were experiencing a rough idle or stalling at idle upon starting. We thought the throttle body needed cleaning but when I got in there for that job I looked around for vacuum leaks and discovered the disconnect between the PVC valve and the oil recovery tank tube. I assume the rough running at idle or at start would be because the PVC valve has stuck open and is causing a direct vacuum leak into the throttle body below the throttle plate and thus causing a lean mixture at idle. Does this sound right?
