Idiot Move: jumped battery backward

Until this morning, my 2000 9-5 Aero has been sitting undriven for the past 10 days. I went out to start the car this morning to get on my 117 mile commute and discovered that the battery was dead. In a bit of a panic to get on the road, I hooked up the Saab to my Honda Element with jumper cables, except I accidentally reversed the polarity on the cables coming into the Saab. Total boner move.
I realized my mistake almost immediately when I got into the car and tried to crank it. Anyway, reversed the cables so that they were correct and successfully jumped the car and it started just fine.
Of course, I did some damage. The ABS module seems fried (all the warning lights are lighted in the dash), cruise and the speedo don't work (ABS module, I am sure), and the radio and HVAC both seem to be dead.
The car made the drive fine, except I was at base boost. It idles and revs as it should.
I haven't had a chance to go through the fuse box yet, but I also wanted to know if there's anything else I need to look out for. I am worried that I did some damage elsewhere that may crop up later.
And yeah, I am so contrite right now.
