When you say rear suspension is original, does that include shocks ? Originals are almost certainly dead by this mileage. Check for leaks and any slop in them. Are you getting any strange rear tire wear? The rear shocks are a coilover install, so you might not need a spring compressor to take them off, but you will need one to reinstall.
The bushings at the top of the shocks are probably intact and can likely be reused if your budget is tight.
Naming the other bushings is tricky. The big ones that often go bad in the rear trailing arms are "front" rear trailing arm bushings - they are the front pivot for the rear trailing arms and are buried up inside the chassis so you cannot easily see them. There are also outer cross stay bushings ('rose bushes') at the rear of the trailing arms, 2 per side. If you search under SAAB 9-5 rear suspension by fixmysaab or platonoff you will see pictures of all of them. It helps if you have an experienced mechanic to help you check them.
I've replaced shock and both types of trailing arm bushings in the past - I haven't needed to replace the bushings that mount the rear subframe to the unibody, but that might just be my good luck. The rear bushings for the front subframe, however, have worn out on all 3 of our current 9-5's.
Good luck finding your problem!
