The ac compressor looks like a challenge but if yourtec did it all from underneath it, sounds good to me.

The car has 110,000 on it I'm the second owner at 70,000 looking at the timing cover there are signs the water pump pulley wheel had made contact at one point. The markings show a steady grind to make a very clear mark not a slight rub. So possibly the pump had been done just before I got the car. Currently the water pump wheel is solid,no leakage, no rubbing, and the car never had any cooling issues.

I'm a big fan of 'if it's not broke don't fix it.
But it would kinda suck to get the car running again just to have the water pump go out a week later
