Hello,
A few other things to look at.
1. Check the air filter and make sure its not full of dog food.
2. Check for any air leaks between MAF and turbo. Either the hose or at the clamp onto the turbo.
3. Check for air leaks between the intercooler and the throttle body. I have seen that hose split due to the heat from exhaust and turbo.
4. If it's an auto box and it seems to happen around 40 mph under light to moderate throttle it could be the transmission sticking in lock up. Often fixed by changing out transmission fluid.
5. A few times I have seen the CPS cause an issue like this when it early in it failure.
Good Luck, Bernie
