A couple of months ago I had the rear seats folded down and then slid the front passenger seat backwards fairly tight. When I put the rear seats back in place the seat would not fit flush with the back. I took it in and they had to bend the components back in place. It is fine now. From what I have heard on this board forcing the front seat back has not been a problem with others.
