If you think of going that way it is easier to grind out the hole in the upper control arm and give it space to be moved in and out to set the camber and then also adjust the toe in afterwards.
It will always be different opinions and mine is that Poly bushing should NEVER be installed in a car that is not for race purpose or that the owner knows they needs to be replaced on a regular basis since the material is not stable enough but slowly deforms from day one leaving a sloppy suspension.
