Yes, one of two in the coolant bypass replacement kit replaces that hose. It goes directly to the heater core from the block.
Good luck, and search the board for tips - including the remote hose clamp pliers, cutting the old hoses off at the heater core, which hose goes to which heater core pipe (shorter MacKay hose goes on the bottom), and using silicone grease on outside and inside of the new hoses to get them onto the core and get hose clamps over them.
