I agree. The motor mounts are likely shot or at a minimum sketchy.
They are not terribly expensive, and the three that are most prone to wear (passenger side under the yoke over the belts, drivers side transmission mount under the fuse block by the battery, and transmission torque rod - a/k/a dog bone - from the transmission to the subframe) are all pretty easy DIYs, and likely should just be replaced.
The 4th mount is dead center, at the firewall, at the subframe. It also is DIY, but not as simple as the other three, so really up to your degree of comfort and skill.
There is lots of guidance on the boards.
I'd start with the easy three and see how things change. The made a big difference when I changed them on my car.
EDIT: Hutchinson is OEM, and generally readily available from site sponsors or other reputable online shops. As a rule, stay away from ProParts brand, even if they look like a bargain.
