The window may not be sitting correctly in the track. Often from the rubber that is glued into the track coming loose, the adhesive become hard and useless.
The door needs to be opened up and checked out. Also check that rollers are properly retained. I had a window jump the track, rollers were fine. Needed to get the rubber back in track and glue the rubber back in place with rubber cement - suggest "Goop".
